Open Question: How can i style my hair?
I got a bad harcut and now i have to wait for it to grow out but its too long to spike and looks kind of dumb if i just leave down because it goes wavy/curly. what can i do? pictures or advice is appreciated thanks

Open Question: can you have little to no symptoms and be pregnant?
well i think i might be a month pregnant or less than a month but i heard that yaz which i am on can give you a false negative result i took the test and it was negative i feel nauseous all the time and my back hurts and i spotted that has never happened!! I called the doctor and she says it means im pregnant but i haven’t gone in yet anyone have any ideas?? any advice ??

Under UK employment law governing the dismissal of a full-time employee, is it acceptable for an employee to be offered a choice between redundancy and a performance review? Specifically, if the employee is presented with the fact of his role being at risk of redundancy before being offered the performance review, how would this employee assess the likely outcome of his performance review? Or, in other words, if there is no role now, why would there be one after the performance review? All advice welcome. Thanks.

Open Question: Would you decorate your twin girls room in a Disney Princess or a Sensory Enhancement type of room?
One of my best friends is expecting twin girls in early January. She really wants them to have a Disney Princess type of room, but she also wants them to have a Sensory Enhancement type of room, as well. I’m not sure what to tell her. I think a sensory enhancement type of room would benefit her daughters in the long run, but it’s not my money. Can anyone give me some ideas, advice, or suggestions?
